About The Ingredients in Your Tea
Rose, not just another pretty face, is a good source of hydration and antioxidants. Rose contains antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory properties thought to help relieve menstrual pain, reduce anxiety, and improve digestion.
Marshmellow Leaf, an anti-inflammatory often used to relieve respitory and urinary tract issues, contains flavonoids (natural plant chemicals) that help support the immune system, soothe stomach ulcers, curb diarrhea, and ease constipation.
Cornflower is packed with antioxidants, which can help protect your body from damage caused by free radicals. Women take it for a variety of menstrual disorders, and vaginal yeast infections.
Calendula, known for her anti-inflammatory and antioxidant components, protect cells from free radicals and might help to fight cancer, protect against heart disease, and ease muscle fatigue.
Lavender contains antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties that help strengthen the immune system. Lavender is also used to aid in digestive health, skin health, mood, anxiety, and relief of headaches/migraines and menstrual pain.
