Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving.
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive Great Basin Goods credit for the difference.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Items must be in perfect condition and cannot be used/worn to be eligible for return or exchange.

Once return or exchange process begins, we’ll let you know how to proceed from here. Because we’re a local business, we’ll make accommodations that best suit both you and our company. It’s all about kid-glove customer service.

If required, repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.
Return on Gifts
We realize that the 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts. Beginning November 1, we offer an extended return period through January 15 to accommodate holiday returns. Final sale items may not be returned for any reason; custom orders may only be returned if damaged in transit. Refunds are for Great Basin Goods credit or a refund to the buyer for the purchase price, less shipping charges.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
We offer either free store pick-up (at Infinity Fitness Gym) or local delivery for an additional $10 delivery fee. Within reason, we’ll deliver your order to the greater Reno/Spark area. If you live outside the area, we’ll call you with a quote for delivery or shipping cost. For all delivered orders, please give detailed delivery information. For example, if you live in a gated community provide delivery details, such as gate-code or other points of delivery options. Also, for more rural homes, please let us know where you would like us to leave your package (such as: “by the front door, behind the porch wall”.) We are not responsible for package theft and will take a photo of all packages delivered to better assist us all.
We’ll deliver all orders within 1-3 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, we’ll deliver all available item(s) and then deliver the back-ordered item(s) once in-stock free-of-charge.
