Healing Bones Broth Mix is a designed to be added to your stock pot, along with your preference of bones (don't eat meat? That's cool, use broth mix as a base for vegetable soups, and stews. Both vegan, and vegetarian).

About The Ingredients in Your Bone Broth Mix
Astragalus Root, a renowned herb used in Asia for thousands of years, is praised for its ability to restore health on all levels — phyisically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Especially noted for its immune boosting properties, and potent antioxidants, astragulus is often used to increase energy, stamina, and circulation.
Nettle has been used in folk medicine for hundreds of years. Studies suggest nettle can reduce nighttime urinary frequency, and improve actual urination due to enlarged prostate and other urinary issues. Nettle helps with arthritis and joint pain, eczema, dandruff, blood sugar management, and anemia. Nettle is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, and other minerals.
Shiitake mushrooms are nutritionally rich and contain numerous minerals and vitamins to include potassium, manganese, magnesium, iron, phosphorus. copper, selinium, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pro-vitamin D2, vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12 and folate. What the heck! That's alot of good stuff.
Calendula, Flowers, known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant components, protect cells from free radicals, might help to fight cancer, protect against heart disease, and ease muscle fatigue.
