Great Basin Open Nester

A versatile nesting box designed to welcome a variety of regional birds. Each nester is handmade in Reno from reclaimed lumber sourced from old Nevada fences. Crafted from Western cedar and redwood with pine backings, it can be easily mounted on a house wall, fence, or tree. As natural nesting cavities become harder to find, species such as Doves, Western Bluebirds, Tree Swallows, and Violet-green Swallows readily take to these thoughtfully built homes. 11” x 14” x 6”
